Upcoming Baptism Celebration

Over and over in the Scriptures we see that when someone decides to follow Jesus they start by being baptized. If you’re trusting Jesus with your life, maybe for the first time, He wants for you to be baptized. We’re planning a special celebration in honor of these decisions. If you’re interested in learning more let us know today!

Hands-on Worship
Worship is far more than singing songs on a Sunday morning, Romans 12 says everything we do can be an act of worship. No one likes chores, but if by doing them we get to worship God with our whole bodies AND help others to focus more on worshipping Jesus I’d say that’s a win-win. As silly as it might sound mowing the grass and keeping the facilities clean at the church building can do just that! Would you consider worshipping in this special way?

MISSION STORY
Growing up in Japan, Mai didn’t know a single Christian. In college, she studied in California where she met Christians and realized they had something special, and she wanted it. She started reading her Bible and praying. After she became a believer, her friends warned her that returning to Japan would be difficult. While it has been, Mai is amazed to see how God is working. She is the only Christian in her family and community, but she knows she is here for a reason. She and her husband Matt want the Japanese to know the truth of who Christ is. Pray that they will have opportunities to share Jesus with those around them.
