“God is good, God makes good and God does good..”

Galatians 5 & Psalm 34 by Michael Lockstampfor (@miklocks)

SUMMARY

This sermon teaches that God alone defines and supplies true goodness—God is good, God makes good, and God does good—even when evil and suffering tempt us to doubt that. Using Psalm 34 and David’s time hiding in a cave, it calls us to “taste and see that the Lord is good,” looking to Him in hard times so His unchanging goodness can transform who we are and how we live.

REFLECTION & DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

  • 💬 When are we most tempted to forget God?

  • 💬 What evil is corrupting our view of goodness?

  • 💬 Are we moving towards God’s truth or are we turning our back?
